Essential Reformer:

This equipment class provides students a solid foundation of correct technique and essential reformer exercises. It is designed to establish core strength and stability. Props will be incorporated to add variety. Great for beginners and continuing students who want a basic total body mat and reformer workout.

Reformer Challenge:

Using one of the most popular pieces of Pilates equipment, the reformer, this class increases strength, flexibility and core stability in a workout you will love as much as the results. Previous reformer experience or several Essential Reformer classes required for participation.

Athletic Conditioning:

This non stop Pilates fitness class challenges students using the reformer, jumpboard and a variety of props. Fast paced and exhilarating, this will improve strength, endurance and focus. Experienced students only – with instructor approval.

Circuit training:

We’ve taken the best of reformer, Cadillac, chair, other toys and traditional strength training and morphed them into a pilates based strength and conditioning workout that challenges all levels. Experienced students only – with instructor approval.

Cardio Jumpboard:

This is a 55 minute cardio class using the reformer Jump Board- alternating with abdominals, balancing exercises and stretching. This class is super fun and will make you sweat! Experienced students only – with instructor approval.

TRX:

TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged exercise that utilizes bodyweight and gravity to create variable resistance. TRX is for participants of all ages and fitness levels. It uses ground-based exercises ranging from gentle rehabilitation to high-performance training to build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, all while also preventing injuries.
